Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive the customer journey and build impactful relationships with our clients. As a trusted advisor to police departments, law enforcement professionals, and government agencies, you'll provide thought partnership and guidance to executives, train junior staff, and deliver value to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer success and growth through proactive engagement and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-level government officials and executives
  • Provide expert guidance and training to junior staff and clients
  • Proactively deliver value to clients through data-driven insights and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal resources to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, strategic consulting, or similar roles
  • Professional experience within the public safety industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills and professional presence in fast-paced environments
  • Strong digital and technical skills to simplify complex products for low-digital-proficiency audiences
  • Availability to travel 25%
