Position Summary

We are in search of a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in project management, demonstrating the capability to lead cross-functional teams, oversee multiple projects concurrently, and ensure successful delivery within established parameters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create comprehensive project plans, detailing timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute significantly to complex engineered solutions as part of a cohesive team.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment, encouraging team members to excel.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the industrial machinery sector.
  • Engineering mindset with the ability to comprehend complex systems.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, intricate projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively engage with various organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Capacity to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
