Position Title: Retrofit Mechanical Engineer
Position Type: Direct-hire (full-time)
Role Overview: As a member of our engineering team, you will engage in product development, enhance manufacturing techniques, and optimize existing systems. Your responsibilities will include performing engineering analyses, developing and assessing part models and technical drawings, and producing essential documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance during the manufacturing, assembly, and testing phases of prototype systems.
- Collaborate with suppliers, sales engineers, and project managers to create innovative engineering solutions.
- Participate in short-term travel as necessary to support project objectives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related discipline) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably Autodesk Inventor).
- Strong foundation in manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
- Experience in metal fabrication and assembly techniques is advantageous.
