Responsibilities
  • Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer therapies and medications under the direction of a physician
  • Facilitate clinical operations and patient care
  • Manage patient medication refill requests and document relevant information
  • Triage patient phone calls and provide education and support
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
  • Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
