Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced Emergency Department? We have an exciting opportunity for a PRN III Day Shift nurse to join our team at Texas Health HEB.
About the RoleAs an Emergency Department nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to a diverse population. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, utilizing cutting-edge medical technology and equipment. Requirements- Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program or Diploma Nurse Program Completion
- BSN preferred
- 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse
- 1 year of Emergency experience strongly preferred
- Registered Nurse required
- CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
- ACLS – within 90 days of hire required
- CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 90 days of hire
- NIHSS - National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification within 90 days of hire
- ENPC - Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course within 12 months required
- TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course within 12 months required
