Work Details:

Part-time, night shift (7p to 7a), 2 shifts, 24 hours per week

Possible weekend and holiday requirements

What You'll Do:

Provide assistance to patients according to the plan of care

Collect patient data, identify and report significant findings to the nurse

Assist in admission/transfer/discharge

Provide and revise patient activities of daily living based on patient/family preferences

Perform technical procedures safely and proficiently

Take action to reduce or eliminate patient risk

Enter orders into the computer or manual system if applicable

Document accurately and appropriately
