  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping duties, including data entry into accounting systems.

  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal staff to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (such as QuickBooks or similar systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and organization, communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
