Service Parts Coordinator

Job Summary

This role is responsible for assisting customers and technicians in securing needed parts and supplies under limited supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist customers and technicians with parts and supply requests.
  2. Receive and process customer orders, including handling cash, check, and credit card transactions.
  3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stored and organized.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and fulfill requests.
  5. Participate in inventory control and management activities, including cycle counts and physical inventory.
  6. Assist with shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading parts and supplies.
  7. Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and advanced computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform warehouse duties.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and management principles.
