Job Title: Studio Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Studio Coordinator at Waxing the City in South Dakota/North Dakota/Iowa. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and providing support to our service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in clients, manage schedules, and provide creative solutions to problems.
  • Assist with client inquiries, educate clients about our service offerings, product selection, and membership program.
  • Participate in community outreach events and promote our services and products.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer experience skills, effective communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience in a salon/beauty environment or retail sales is preferred.
