Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Management Specialist to support our Personal Injury Law Firm.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to attorneys by managing claims, communicating with clients, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening new files and setting up claims with insurance companies
- Contacting adjusters and facilitating communication between parties
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing updates on claim status
- Scanning, mailing, and requesting accident reports as needed
- Submitting open record requests to ensure prompt resolution of claims
- Performing other duties as assigned by attorneys or management
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
