Claims Process Improvement Specialist

The Claims Process Improvement Specialist at Reserv is a key member of our team responsible for streamlining claims processes and improving customer satisfaction. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of claims operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
- Develop and maintain accurate claims inventory and reserve management systems
- Collaborate with clients and client counsel to resolve claims
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless claim resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of general claims experience
- Active adjuster license(s) and willingness to obtain additional licenses
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in personal computers and mainframe applications
