As a key member of the Division, the successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of the City's for-hire vehicle industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage Units within the Licensing and Standards Division, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to promote streamlined operations and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with senior and operational staff to identify and address operational needs.
  • Represent the Division and the Agency at intergovernmental and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop and report performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for enhancements.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a master's degree from an accredited college in a relevant field and two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience in budget administration, management, or a related area. Alternatively, a baccalaureate degree and four years of professional experience in a related field may be considered. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large operation, a strong customer service management background, and a background in using technology to enhance processes.
