Job Title: Sales Account Manager
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at InterSources Inc. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for conducting sales of our AI-powered learning programs for K-12 math and English education.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct sales of K-12 math and English AI-powered learning programs to educational institutions and organizations.
* Communicate with prospects to introduce our company's products and services.
* Arrange diagnostic tests, explain test results, and create study plans for students.
* Guide customers in creating accounts and making payments.
* Set up student accounts based on diagnostic tests.
* Arrange or conduct new student and parent orientations.
* Follow up with customers on payment-related issues.
* Monitor and communicate with parents on student progress.
* Process new sales opportunities by parent referral.
* Provide feedback to the company on issues from parents and students.
**Requirements:**
* Excellent communication and people skills, especially with parents and children.
* Excellent attitude towards customer service.
* Responsible and detail-oriented.
* Good computer skills and experience with social media.
* Familiarity with K-12 course offerings in the marketplace (online and/or learning centers) is a plus.
* Familiarity with K-12 Math and English subjects is a plus.
* Own children currently in or past K-12 stage is a plus.
