Role Summary:
The Multi-Unit Food Service Manager position is essential for the success of one of Fooda's key enterprise clients. This role encompasses two primary responsibilities: fostering and nurturing the relationship with our client while overseeing daily food service operations in terms of People, Sales, and Profit across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of management experience, preferably within a traditional food service provider, and demonstrate a successful track record in managing client relationships.

This position will report directly to the Regional Manager and will receive guidance from key client representatives.

The designated client site for this role operates seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with client contacts to ensure best practices are upheld.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding site performance and identify opportunities for growth or enhancement.
- Proactively address and manage any challenges or issues to resolve customer concerns.
- Conduct quarterly Business Reviews to strengthen the client relationship, ensuring both long-term and short-term success.

- Collaborate with client contacts to align with Fooda's objectives and uphold our standards of excellence across all locations.


Operational Oversight:
- Direct and oversee daily operations of a multi-unit food service environment to guarantee a 'Best in Class Service Experience' for all customers.
- Lead a team of at least ten direct reports (both exempt and non-exempt) managing revenues exceeding $10 million.
- Maintain a visible presence across all locations to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Develop and implement schedules for direct reports that align with client needs for a seven-day operation.
- Ensure all direct reports possess current and valid food service certifications.
- Verify that client and employee safety regulations are consistently met.
- Ensure compliance with all government and agency standards, particularly those related to safety and health, in accordance with local and state regulations.
- Manage the annual budget and maintain operational costs related to the account.
- Complete necessary reports, including inventory and cash reports.
- Oversee inventory management to align with P&L accountability.
- Serve as the primary internal contact for Fooda's Accounting department regarding all accounting inquiries related to the site.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably with a traditional food service provider.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with both leadership (including C-Level) and team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead by example across various employee levels.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and retaining team members.
- Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on P&L.
- Willingness to work in a seven-day-a-week operational environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Apple Applications.
