Location: Randolph Center

Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of children and their families? Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Support Technician at May Institute.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute behavior modification strategies crafted by our skilled team of BCBAs
  • Deliver customized assistance to clients focusing on communication and daily living competencies
  • Utilize data-driven methodologies to assess client development and behavior
  • Establish strong relationships with families and caregivers to provide ongoing support
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement effective interventions

Qualifications:

  • Possess a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental challenges
  • Availability for work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Dedication to applying evidence-based techniques in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
