BCBA Consultant II Part Time

Your Role in Action- Supervise and Mentor: Provide guidance and oversight to our team of behavior technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA services.
- Craft Customized Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each child, leveraging your expertise in ABA and data analysis.
- Analyze Effectiveness: Compile and analyze data to assess the efficacy of treatment plans, making informed decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Empower Staff and Families: Collaborate with our dedicated staff and engage with parents to provide education, guidance, and support, ensuring the long-term success of our clients.

- Master's Degree in ABA or Related Field: Possess a strong educational foundation in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field.
- BCBA Certification and ABA State License: Hold Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) and ABA State License (LABA).
- Exceptional Clinical Skills: Demonstrate expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
