Behavioral Health Clinician

Codman Square Health Center is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at the Randolph School-Based Health Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will provide consultation, assessment, and bio-psychosocial evaluations to ensure the adequacy of behavioral health services for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide consultation and assessment services to patients and families
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address behavioral health concerns
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Document services and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Massachusetts License LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC
- Proficiency in speaking Haitian Creole or Spanish (preferred)
- Culturally sensitive assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
