Job Summary

Codman Square Health Center is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at the Randolph School-Based Health Center. As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will provide consultation, assessment, and bio-psychosocial evaluations to ensure the adequacy of behavioral health services for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultation and assessment services to patients and families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address behavioral health concerns
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
  • Document services and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Massachusetts License LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC
  • Proficiency in speaking Haitian Creole or Spanish (preferred)
  • Culturally sensitive assessment and treatment skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
