Respiratory Therapist RRT

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist RRT to join our team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist RRT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patients' respiratory needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy
- Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for, and response to, respiratory therapy
- Monitor patients for therapeutic response and notify providers and intervene as appropriate in the event of an unintended response
- Assist with placement of artificial airways and initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation
- Current Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist licensure
- American Heart Association BLS health care provider required. ACLS, PALS and NRP within 6 months of hire.
- Graduate of Respiratory Care program accredited by the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC)
