Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to gather, analyze, and interpret data regarding competitors, consumers, and products.
  • Identify key customer challenges and transform these insights into actionable product and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and oversee the product roadmap to ensure timely project completion.
  • Establish and nurture vendor relationships while exploring innovative business models.
  • Guide vendors through the prototype and technical trial phases with support from cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations that clearly outline the identified challenges, proposed solutions, and associated risks.
  • Engage in financial modeling and oversee contract execution.
  • Participate in industry conferences to stay informed on market trends and cultivate new business relationships.
  • Negotiate business terms with vendors and manage RFP/RFI processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial modeling, product development/management, business strategy, or marketing is required; 8 years preferred.
  • At least 4 years of technical experience across various technology products and sectors is required; 8 years preferred. Familiarity with fiber networking, fiber deployment infrastructure, Wi-Fi deployments, and home IoT devices is ideal.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams while building a robust internal network at all organizational levels to drive results.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage a complex workload with multiple priorities and tight deadlines, focusing on performance measurement and improvement.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong executive presence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred.
