**Job Overview:**

Turion Space is a dynamic company that offers a unique opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex IT projects. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality project delivery.

**Salary Range:** $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Job Description:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget, defining project deliverables and milestones.
  • Lead project execution, coordinating tasks, managing resources, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • IDentify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to ensure project success.
  • Allocate and manage resources, including team members and budgets, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
  • Ensure that IT solutions are delivered according to specifications and meet the company's quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience applying them in practice.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and project teams.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are required.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret and/or a TS/SCI clearance.
