The Southwest Service Administrators Inc is seeking a highly skilled Pension Administrator Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support to Fund members by addressing their inquiries regarding benefits or claim status.
  • Resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients on delivery of services.
  • Assist with resolving plan provision questions and issues.
  • Raise concerns as necessary to Team Supervisor or Department Manager.
  • Stay up-to-date with professional excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output/service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish highly preferred.
  • Minimum 40 WPM and 3,000 KPH proficiency.
  • Ability to maintain current knowledge of all plan's eligibility & enrollment rules to provide accurate information to plan participants and providers.
  • Professional approach with a client-focused attitude towards colleagues and assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to seek out experiences that may change perspective or provide an opportunity to learn new things.
  • Strong dedication to follow-through on all tasks and assignments.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time operating a computer keyboard.

Estimated Salary Range:

$18.25 - $23.75 hourly
