Key responsibilities include establishing operational objectives, coordinating various functions, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree, have a background in logistics or distribution, and demonstrate strong skills in operations management. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in operations and 3-5 years in a management capacity with P&L oversight.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent international qualification
  • Experience in a logistics or distribution setting
  • Proven track record with system implementations and managing multiple accounts or facilities
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Solid experience in ecommerce operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
