Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop floor environment
  • Set priorities for Set up or Maintenance Technicians and perform necessary tasks to eliminate downtime
  • Collaborate with CNC/CMM Programmers and participate in Operator Training
  • Ensure quality compliance to all customer specifications
  • Provide employee feedback and disciplinary actions as necessary
  • Interact with customers, suppliers, and vendors as needed
  • Develop continuous improvement ideas in safety, productivity, quality, and housekeeping
Requirements:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Manufacturing/machining background (3-5 years)
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
