At Annapolis Micro Systems, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing production parts and distributing them to the inventory staff.
  • Distribute inventory to manufacturing in a timely manner.
  • Receive and distribute incoming packages and mail.
  • Shop, stock, and organize the office supply needs for employees.
  • Shop, stock, and organize the lunch room snacks and drinks for employees and customers.
  • Assist other employees with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Drive to pick-up or deliver equipment or products to our employees and vendors.
