About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Business Support team as a Business Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including preparing, packing, and shipping products to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A minimum Bachelor's Degree and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite are required.
Responsibilities:
- Be the professional face of the company whenever our customers and employees enter our front door, email, or call.
- Prepare, pack, and ship our products to our customers.
- Handle the receiving and processing of production parts and inventory and distribute in a timely manner to inventory staff.
- Distribute inventory to manufacturing in a timely manner.
- Receive and distribute incoming packages and mail.
- Assist with upkeep of office morale by keeping office public areas tidy and distributing acknowledgements of special events in employee's lives.
- Shop, stock, and organize the office supply needs for employees.
- Shop, stock, and organize the lunch room snacks and drinks for employees and customers.
- Assist other employees with clerical tasks as needed.
- Assist instructors of on-site training classes by scheduling, procuring lunches, and straightening the room before and after the class.
- Drive to pick-up or deliver equipment or products to our employees and vendors.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to Detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong Oral and Written Communication
- Strong Teamwork
- Has received, or is willing to receive, a government-mandated vaccine
- U.S. Citizenship
