Position Overview:
Green Sage Cafe is seeking a Culinary Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our team.

We are looking for individuals who are committed, diligent, and enthusiastic about crafting nutritious and delightful meals for our patrons.

In the role of Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will guide our team in providing outstanding service while ensuring a secure and productive kitchen environment.

This is a full-time role with daytime hours, promoting an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce organizational policies and procedures to maintain a safe working atmosphere
  • Uphold quality and customer service standards to ensure superior service
  • Educate kitchen personnel on products, specifications, and recipes to guarantee consistent food quality
  • Participate in management meetings to review financial performance, objectives, and staff evaluations
  • Oversee kitchen orders and budget management to sustain cost-effectiveness
  • Supervise and maintain inventory levels of supplies and ingredients
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Foster effective communication with management and team members
  • Promote the values and culture of Green Sage Cafe

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in kitchen management and culinary roles
  • ServSafe Manager Certification is mandatory
  • Strong leadership and collaborative skills
  • Excellent communication capabilities
  • Familiarity with software applications such as Excel
  • Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
