  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, bars, and catering services, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance to achieve profitability goals.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire a team of culinary and service professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes excellence and growth.
  • Guest Experience: Prioritize creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by maintaining exceptional service standards, addressing feedback promptly, and implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  • Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of ingredients and supplies.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, food handling standards, and sanitation practices to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience in food and beverage management.
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, food preparation techniques, and presentation standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
