Key Responsibilities- Represent the voice of the customer and bring customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
- Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain-aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers' largest and most critical business challenges.
- Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
- Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best-in-class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
- Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide.

Requirements- 7+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications.
- 5+ years of technical customer-facing experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software development and running Java workloads or as a Java Performance engineer.
- 3+ years of experience with Container Services or Data and Analytics platforms (Spark, Trino, Flink).
- Experience managing Open Source projects and communities.
- History of successful technical consulting and/or architecture engagements with large-scale customers or enterprises.
- Understanding of low-level architectures and successful migration of applications from x86 to Graviton-based instances.
- Other modern programming languages (Python, C/C++, Go,.Net, Rust, etc), cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure.
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
- Familiarity with common enterprise services and working knowledge of software development lifecycle tools and methodologies.
- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
- AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise.
