About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our team of Solutions Architects in driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Solutions Architects in developing the industry's best technical advisors.
  • Enable and coach best practices for solution selling, presentation skills, and building value-driven cloud architectures of varying size and complexity.
  • Collaborate with sales to enable business outcomes across a broad set of customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and develop the team's technical skills and expertise.
  • Act as a conduit and liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a specific technology domain area (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
  • Technical Degree (Computer Science, Math, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant tech experience.
  • Knowledge of cloud native design patterns, DevOps practices, and AWS services.
  • Experience leading and growing teams of technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Public speaking experience or passion for creating technical content.
  • 3+ years of experience in working as a Solutions Architect or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
