Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer to join our team at Semper Valens Solutions. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge SharePoint solutions that meet the complex business needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint API, PowerShell, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Architect and implement robust, scalable, and efficient SharePoint solutions that align with business needs and integrate seamlessly with existing systems
  • Customize SharePoint sites, create web parts, and integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and third-party applications
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior SharePoint developers, guiding the team in best practices for SharePoint development and deployment
  • Manage SharePoint development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
  • Consult with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their SharePoint needs and provide expert advice on SharePoint best practices and solutions
  • Oversee testing procedures to ensure the reliability and performance of SharePoint applications, implementing automated testing and continuous integration practices
  • Optimize SharePoint solutions for maximum speed, efficiency, and scalability, addressing performance issues and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities
  • Champion Agile development methodologies, improving team efficiency and responsiveness to project changes
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in SharePoint,.NET technologies, and web development, pursuing continuous learning to maintain expertise in SharePoint development
