At SPECTRUM, we're looking for a seasoned Sales Team Supervisor to lead our Outside Sales team to success. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supervising daily operations, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Outside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Coach and train team members to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Outside Sales or related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales Supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of Direct Sales practices.
  • Experience with consumer education of products and services.
