Primarily, the Campus Engagement Coordinator is expected to foster a personal and spiritual connection with God. Each individual is called to nurture a healthy relationship with Him while also maintaining a balanced personal life. These responsibilities take precedence over all others.

In a professional capacity, the Campus Engagement Coordinator is tasked with representing Grace Fellowship Corp in a manner that reflects Christ-like values and effectively executing the responsibilities outlined below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationally manage follow-ups with newcomers, discerning appropriate contacts and redirecting inquiries to team members as necessary.
  • Maintain a visible ministry presence in the office throughout the week, addressing calls and assisting walk-ins with inquiries related to campus activities.
  • Coordinate volunteer schedules, oversee administrative tasks assigned to volunteers, and assist with mailings, special projects, and church-wide events.
  • Support the campus pastor in managing campus connections with the operations team, including preparing financial requests, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely delivery of contributions to the finance team.
  • Collaborate with the campus pastor to effectively communicate church activities and policies, ensuring their successful implementation at the campus level.
  • In partnership with the campus pastor, promote and administer Bible studies and group opportunities, making personal connections to engage those who are unengaged.
  • Facilitate campus ministries by managing the registration process for classes, small groups, baptisms, camps, and other campus events.
  • Oversee the campus calendar, ensuring clear communication of events and initiatives to the staff.
  • Utilize CCB effectively in administrative and ministry functions, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to Grace Fellowship policies.
  • Manage the MinistrySafe process for the campus, including organizing training sessions, conducting background checks, and updating profiles with current information.

  • Strong administrative skills with a high level of organization.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Self-driven and punctual in completing assignments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with CCB is advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to service that reflects Christ-like values.
  • Excellent communication skills, characterized by an engaging and relational approach, with the ability to decline requests with empathy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position will be based on experience. This role is classified as a nonexempt full-time position. Benefits are detailed in the Employee Handbook and currently include paid vacation, health insurance for employee-only coverage, life insurance, long and short-term disability insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.

Work Schedule

Employees are encouraged to establish a work schedule that balances family time with productive work hours. This position requires a 40-hour work week to be completed on-site from Sunday to Thursday.
