Key Responsibilities:
  • Install new tires and wheels with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage new and existing inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Lead a team of 4-5 technicians in a service environment, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Perform maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning
  • Provide a world-class customer service experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
What We're Looking For:
  • A leadership mindset and ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • A valid driver's license and ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Ability to function well in a physically demanding environment
