Key Responsibilities:

  • Install new tires and wheels, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage new and existing inventory, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient stock levels.
  • Lead a team of 4-5 technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Perform maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning, to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Provide a world-class customer service experience, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work 35+ hours per week during regular business hours, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Must have a leadership mindset, with a proven track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification, with a strong foundation in mathematics and problem-solving.
  • Must be able to function well in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
