Key Responsibilities

Safety Promotion: Actively engage in prioritizing safety for yourself and your colleagues, adhering to industry standards and company protocols.

Maintenance and Repair: Conduct servicing, repairs, adjustments, and testing of all mobile machinery to enhance performance and minimize operational downtime.

Equipment Inspection: Thoroughly examine all mobile equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot issues. Execute repairs as necessary to resolve identified problems.

Material Handling: Safely manage, install, position, and transport parts, materials, and industrial tools throughout the facility.

Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all mobile equipment activities on a daily and monthly basis. Maintain service records in both written and electronic formats.

Equipment Operation: Assist in operating heavy machinery and vehicles within the facility to ensure efficient production processes.

Physical Activities: Engage in physical tasks that require full-body movement and significant use of limbs, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials.

Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

Experience: Prior experience with diesel or heavy construction machinery is preferred.

Knowledge: Familiarity with best practices in servicing heavy construction equipment is advantageous.

Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and extended hours based on operational needs. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and tolerate high noise levels.

Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of industrial tools, their applications, and maintenance requirements.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $37.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. This range does not include potential bonuses or equity options. Compensation is determined based on various factors, including skill set, experience, job scope, and current market trends.
