Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to join our team at Atlas Franchise Management. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our restaurant's physical facility and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
  • Respond to emergency repair needs and perform repairs as necessary.
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and extend its lifespan.
  • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in other equipment repair and maintenance projects as assigned by Facilities Manager and Director.
  • Create new vendor relationships and determine the cost-effectiveness of outsourcing individual job orders.
  • Supervise vendor performance and check and update our internal work order tracking program.
  • Work with Store and Market management to determine the needs of individual stores and/or markets.
  • Perform all job activities using industry-standard processes and safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC, Ice Machines, Ovens, Cold Tables, and small appliances repair knowledge and repair skills.
  • Ability to analyze a situation and decide whether it is best to repair or replace the equipment.
  • Able to prioritize and use sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Able to work well independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to follow defined routines and processes.
  • Three to five years' experience in commercial maintenance.
  • Must pass a Background Check.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
