Position Overview:

Xanitos is seeking dedicated Full-Time Environmental Services Technicians for 1st Shift. The Environmental Services Technicians may be assigned to various locations within healthcare facilities. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in healthcare environments. The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dust and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
  • Clean and maintain rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms.
  • Sweep and/or vacuum floors.
  • Dust furniture and equipment.
  • Polish metal surfaces.
  • Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
  • Restock bathroom supplies.
  • Move small equipment or tools between departments.
Qualifications:
  • Applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless a medical or religious exemption is granted.
  • Experience in the cleaning industry is advantageous.
  • Experience in medical cleaning is a plus.
  • Post-offer medical evaluation, background screening, and drug testing are required.
  • FLU vaccination is mandatory.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
