Job Summary

Armada is seeking a highly skilled Learning Content Specialist to join our team. As an Instructional Materials Developer, you will be responsible for managing and performing various tasks related to curriculum development and instructional materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Deliver material changes to assigned curriculum and/or instructional materials in accordance with established timeline guidance.
  • Instructional Materials Management: Develop curriculums in accordance with US Forces Fleet (USFF), Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command (CNRFC), and Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) guidance.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Possess knowledge of NETC programs, policies, and procedures, including instructional systems design and developing Navy curricula in accordance with Navy Education and Training (NAVEDTRA) standards.
  • Minimum/General Experience: Active Secret Security Clearance, minimum of 3 years' experience as an Instructional Material Specialist, and experience with authoring instructional materials, content planning, and data entry services.
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma
