The Instructional Designer - Multimedia will be responsible for:
- Conducting needs analysis and developing training plans
- Designing and developing training materials, including course structures, lesson plans, and assessments
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure that training materials meet the needs of the learners
- Ensuring that all training materials are aligned with the company's standards and requirements
- Providing training and support to clients and stakeholders as needed
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and will be able to apply those principles to create effective learning experiences. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design
- Strong background in instructional design principles and practices
- Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders

Education:
- Masters degree in Education and Training Development or related field
Clearance:
