Radiance Technologies is seeking a skilled Aerospace Systems Engineer to advance signature production and analysis in support of our clients. This role will involve performing production tasks with established processes and techniques, including 3D CAD development of aerospace systems, data analysis, exploitation, and dissemination.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience with CAD/Solid Modeling software, such as Solidworks or Rhinocerous. Active TS/SCI Security Clearance is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate 3D CAD models using photogrammetric techniques.
  • Generate RF signatures in accordance with well-established production processes.
  • Provide input to analysis reports and briefings.
  • Produce reports on signature production results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a technically related field and 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Ability to use CAD/Solid Modeling software, such as Solidworks or Rhinocerous.
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with others to solve problems.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience in 3D Modeling.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills, able to work in a team environment including military, government, and other contractors. A working knowledge of aerospace structures, materials, and components is also required. Experience with Rhino3D, Linux, Xpatch, and Matlab is a plus.
