We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Convergent Mediation Consultant to join our Consulting team. As a key member, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, leveraging new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives, collaborating with other SME consultants from our existing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of end-to-end processes.
  • Bring CRM master data and cross-functional knowledge to the team.
  • Expertise in CI - Convergent invoicing (BRIM) and S4/HANA processes.
  • Knowledge of BAPIs, business events, user-exits in the area of SAP SOM, SAP CC, SAP CI, and SAP FICA.
  • Possess a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate technology and achieve business outcomes.
  • Define customer requirements and perform gap analysis of standardized processes within the SAP BRIM solution.
  • Functional expertise in several BRIM process areas, including Subscription Order Management, Convergent Mediation, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, FI-CA, and Customer Financial Management, as well as overall application architecture of BRIM.
  • Convergent Invoicing experience, including Consumption Items, Billable Items, Billable Item Class Configuration, billing item selection, aggregation, collective billing, and reversal principles, Invoicing Integration with Tax, and posting in Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Candidate should have recent work experience with US-based customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience is required.
  • 8-12 years of experience in configuring, deploying, and managing SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) and SAP CRM.
  • Conduct blueprint workshops.
  • Excellent functional customer-facing skills for blueprint.
  • Document all requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a bachelor's degree in technology from a recognized university.
