As a key member of our global supply chain network, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely implementation of complex engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects independently, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal resources.
  • Coordinate activities with customers, trading partners, and implementation team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage customer expectations and project scope, providing timely updates and ensuring all parties understand project progress.
  • Assist customers with EDI testing, analyzing test results, and advising on steps required to fulfill testing requirements.
  • Provide technical and business training to new employees and implementation team members.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; will consider experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing project tasks and performing work on software implementations.
  • Project Management skills and experience with text editing and data mapping tools.
  • General understanding of B2B, commerce, electronic data interchange (EDI), and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with business systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
