Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager of Sales Applications- Paper to join our team. This is a remote position with overnight travel required up to 50%.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop and complete analyses while maintaining the ability to react to emergencies and scheduled customer visits.
  2. Apply product-specific knowledge and gather sales and applications experience to quickly determine next steps.
  3. Collaborate well with colleagues, customer resources, and production to deliver the best product portfolio.
  4. Build and maintain ongoing relationships with regional sales/service teams, design specialists, and customers.
  5. Identify and understand product or process deficiencies and define potential directions for solutions.
  6. Prioritize and manage multiple, complex tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  7. Possess a data-driven mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and developing a team of professionals. A minimum of five years in Paper Machine applications experience is required, with five years of experience preferred with Tissue/Towel Yankee dryer doctoring system.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, textiles, engineering, business, computer science, or sales/applications experience. They will also understand lean and sigma processes and have a strong background in sales applications and customer relation management.
