Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation and oversight of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Manage daily accounting responsibilities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of the general ledger.
  • Support the finance team in performing audits and addressing discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Maintain precise records of financial transactions and guarantee adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with various departments to offer financial insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and analyze financial data to aid in decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Assistant, Finance Clerk, or in a comparable role.
  • Strong grasp of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
