We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to provide exceptional client service and support to our veterinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for clients and their pets, ensuring a positive first impression of our hospital.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, handling client inquiries and providing knowledgeable advice on animal care and veterinary services.
- Schedule appointments and surgeries, making confirmation calls as needed.
- Manage client medical records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions, providing clear explanations of services and products.
- Support veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members in daily patient and client care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work with clients and staff in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in veterinary software.
- Working knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Confidence and professionalism in handling stressful situations.
