Business Development Support Specialist

Hospitality spaces can greatly impact the quality of life in local communities. BryantCorp strives to create beautiful environments that inspire connection and productivity. As a key member of our team, the Business Development Support Specialist will contribute significantly to our success.
In this role, you will assist hotel General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and Chief Engineers in achieving sales objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to guest inquiries, coordinating events, and providing administrative sales support. Additionally, you will develop and maintain relationships with SMERF representatives, coordinate meeting room details, and set up billing information for customers.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office
* 12 months of sales and/or hotel front desk experience preferred
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
