Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and guide visitors, clients, and suppliers.
  • Maintain records related to daily product shipments.
  • Process glass orders and manage associated invoices.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices to clients.
  • Reconcile transactions with financial statements as necessary.
  • Generate door labels, packing slips, and production order tickets as required.
  • Assist management with daily operational tasks.
  • Coordinate order pickups and deliveries.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Organize paperwork and uphold the filing system as assigned.
  • Address and resolve administrative inquiries.
  • Perform additional related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Basic knowledge of accounts payable and receivable preferred.
Skills and Abilities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or willingness to learn.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to conduct independent research effectively.
  • Basic understanding of clerical procedures, including recordkeeping and filing.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
  • Basic math proficiency.
  • Proficient typing skills.
