Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, managing a team of cooks, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met. If you're a culinary professional with a passion for Mexican cuisine and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Manage a team of cooks, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance
  • Ensure that all food is prepared to our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu items and specials
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant
  • Current Food Safety and Sanitation certification
  • Strong culinary skills, including food preparation and cooking best practices
  • Working knowledge of restaurant industry operations, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lead a diverse team with varying degrees of experience
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate employees and obtain positive results
