We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NOCO Energy Corp.

Job Summary

This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. The primary functions include performing administrative tasks, supporting senior leaders, and ensuring exceptional internal customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to a senior-level leader, managing day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and operational logistics. They will also be responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material, requiring a high level of organizational efficiency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including schedule management and general office tasks.
  • Maintain and manage the front desk schedule, ensuring consistency and serving as back-up when needed.
  • Process invoices, receive inventory, and set up new vendors with Corporate Purchasing as required.
  • Field customer inquiries, including ETA's and services offered.
  • Proactively order office supplies, equipment, and materials based on usage and demand.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
