About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Horizon Services. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, providing exceptional patient care and support to our clinical and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming environment that sets the tone for their experience at our clinic.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple electronic platforms, including our Electronic Health Record (EHR), and various web-based systems.
  • Oversee all scheduled appointments, assist with medication refill requests, prepare charts and record requests, and perform other duties as needed.
  • Support the day-to-day needs of our clinical and medical staff, including managing, triaging, and supporting administrative responsibilities.
  • Creative problem-solving to support the overall operations of the clinic.

Requirements
  • High school diploma with 2 years of experience in customer service or behavioral health required.
